General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ht77 platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By using our services through the ht77 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

ht77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. If any changes are made, we will post a notice on the website. If you continue to use the platform after changes are made, you will be considered to have accepted the revised terms.

Any provision set out in these terms shall apply in a manner consistent with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use ht77's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must complete registration by providing accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Your account is for personal use — placing bets on behalf of or funded by a third party is prohibited.
• For various technical or legal reasons, users from certain countries or regions may not be eligible to register.

We may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. If the required information is not provided, the account may be suspended.

Account Registration & Security

To open an account at ht77, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other required information. ht77 reserves the right to cancel an account registered with false information.

Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are strongly advised not to share your password or login information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

To maintain international standards, ht77 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) process when required. This process may involve requesting a copy of your national ID card or passport. If the required information is not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted at ht77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount per method is ৳100.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or sources are strictly prohibited.
• ht77 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return the funds if it appears suspicious.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment account.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable if the wagering requirements related to a bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

ht77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on that offer's page or notification.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and the total will be ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 10x wagering on the bonus amount (not the deposit + bonus, only on the bonus amount). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• A user may claim a specific offer only once.
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If ht77 finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and may only be used on specified games.
• ht77 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

ht77 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair environment. Any form of fraudulent, misleading, or system-abusing activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.

List of Prohibited Activities

• Account hacking, manipulation, or any form of cyber attack.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Coordinated group activity to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Opening an account using false identity documents or another person's information.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the website.

If any of the above activities are proven, ht77 may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances in that account.

VIP Program & Rewards

ht77's VIP program has five tiers. Members can gradually advance to higher tiers based on regular play and betting activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Detailed terms and conditions for VIP tiers and cashback benefits apply separately. ht77 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The rules for all games and betting services offered on ht77 are as follows:

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If any match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. ht77 reserves the right to change betting odds or suspend betting on a specific event for any reason.

Casino Games

ht77 offers games from various leading game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. Each game has its own rules and features. If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has a specified minimum and maximum stake limit, which is displayed in the interface of that game or market. ht77 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Account Closure

Either the user or ht77 may initiate account closure.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account.

Closed by ht77

ht77 may close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period of time.

If a dispute arises between ht77 and a user, we will first attempt to reach a friendly resolution through our support team.

General Miscellaneous Provisions

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

Failure by ht77 to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali, which is the final and governing version. In the event of any ambiguity, ht77's interpretation shall be considered final.

When using all ht77 services, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply alongside these Terms and Conditions. These three documents together form the complete agreement between ht77 and the user.
